The benefits of yoga will include lengthening the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in your body to help you become more flexible.

The advantages of outdoor play can be found physically and mentally. Physical benefits include benefits strength endurance and builds coordination. Besides all the health benefits, playing outside widen children's thinking and knowledge. Children wants coordination, they want a chance to perform their basic physical skills.

I think yo should have good and fresh fruit and fruit juices good diet and like fresh vegetables in you daily menu and should stop all that fast food and cold dring that are not good for health as they are anti calcium of the body. Balanced diet is must be in our daily food menu. And we should not ignore the importance of daily workout in the morning.
